Terms of service

Quotes provided by Simply King Assembly & Mounting are firm for the work described at the time of quoting. If the scope changes on site — for example a different wall construction than described — we'll agree any price change with you before starting.

Appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 7am–9pm. Evening and Saturday appointments are charged at the same rate as daytime.

We are fully insured and provide Certificates of Insurance to buildings, boards and managing agents at no charge, typically the same day a job is booked.

Your requested date and time are preferences until Simply King confirms the appointment. Approved projects under $5,000 require a 20% reservation deposit with a $50 minimum; projects of $5,000 or more require a 15% initial deposit. The deposit is applied to the final balance. Larger or multi-day work may use a written milestone or material schedule.
